A scenic hiking trail through old-growth forest, past the Muddus Waterfall, ravines, lakes and the birdwatching tower.
The Muddus Trail (Muddusleden/Muttosbálges) is divided into two circular sections: the Long Trail and the Short Trail. Parts of the trail are easy to walk, following well-maintained paths and boardwalks, while other sections are more challenging with varied terrain.
Along the way, hikers will pass through old-growth forest, past Muddus Waterfall, ravines, lakes and the birdwatching tower. There are plenty of rest areas along the routes, and the trails also pass by cabins and campsites for those wishing to stay overnight.
